- Updates and maintenance contract includes server rental fee, domain fee, updates like text and picture replacement for few places (once a month), and SEO measure.

Rental server
- “Course 50” capacity: 50MB, 2,000 yen / month * 12 (annual contract)
- “Course 50” contains up to 5 e-mail addresses
- All courses contain access analysis function (AWStats)
Remarks
We will provide price breakdown after discussion in-depth for necessary contents, functions (blog, CMS etc) and other issues. The price will be very different depending on the contents (like text only versus animation with FLASH). Therefore it is hard to quote price here, but here is ROUGH estimate.
- Top page creation fee (including planning and design fee): from 50,000 yen
- Each contents page: from 8,000 yen /page
- Picture creation: from 3,000 yen /picture
- FLASH contents creation: from 30,000 yen /program
